Description:
This tour starts at 6:30am at the farm Palmichal, where the visitors are going to be welcome for local host with traditional dring “chaqueta” which is coffe made in agua de panela “suggar cane”, they give a quick explanation about the tour, give recommendations and answer questions. After that, it is time to prepare the breakfast with the typical wood cooker, grind the maize for the corn bread “arepa”, collecting the eggs from the henhouse, the visitors are going to participate actively in those activities. Afterwards, the visitors are going to start agricultural work (this activities depend on the programming). After that, the lunch time is arriving so the visitor are going to help to prepare it, picking up the wood, start the fire, sacrifice the chicken to prepare the typical “sancocho” with salad at the end you are going to prepare a rural coffee.
After a short break, continue with the agricultural work and to finish you are going to prepare goat cheese.
